Andy Pierucci

Director of Public Policy and Business Development

Andy Pierucci has spent the past four years working for the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food in a number of different policy and market enhancement roles. Most recently he was the Director of the Marketing, Communications, and Economic Development Division where he oversaw all department communications, the Utah's Own program, and the international trade program.

Andy has extensive experience in political campaigns and the policy process. He was Congressman Bishop's campaign manager for three years, and has worked on campaigns at every level of government. He currently serves on the Utah District Export Council, is a member of the Young Professionals Board for the American Cancer Association, and was recently appointed to the Utah Advisory Committee for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition.

Andy got his undergraduate degree from Utah State University in Political Science and a minor in International Studies. He also has a certificate in Business, International Relations and the Political Economy from the London School of Economics, and recently finished a Master's in Public Administration at the University of Utah with an emphasis in International Management.
