Niki Swan is the Director of Internship Services at Utah Valley University. With over nine years of industry experience and five years of higher education leadership experience, she is able to bridge the gap between business and academia.  Niki is passionate about working with students in the areas of leadership, career development, and internship placement. Niki has an MBA with an emphasis in strategy from Claremont Graduate University.  Her vision is that no student will leave UVU without the growth opportunity and strategic advantage of an internship.
