Bio. - Melissa Carbajal, Director of the Avenue H Outreach Program, has a background in small business, insurance, education, and training. She is the Past President of the Pleasant Grove Chamber of Commerce and the President of the North Utah County Women in Business. Her responsibilities as the Director of the Avenue H Outreach Program is to educate the community; specifically small businesses and non-profit organizations about the availability of health insurance options with Utah's state marketplace, also known as Avenue H.
