Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP-PMI)

This course lays the foundation of concepts and solutions in principles of project management including planning, scheduling, controlling, resource allocation, and performance measurement, among other concepts. Students apply practices authorized and advised by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and prepare for the PMP certification examination.
