Kneaders Bakery and Cafe was started in 1997 in Orem, UT and has since grown in size and acclaim- now with over 30 locations across 5 states. More recently, JDawgs, a gourmet hotdog joint was started by a BYU Student in 2004. This hotdog connesuer is opening his 5th location in Salt Lake this year. Cubby’s Chicago Beef is another story of fast growth and popularity in the valley. This restauratn was started in Provo in 2012, and in just three short years, Cubby James has opened three locations in the County.
